Cinwaan (淺cin2 灣waan1) - an ancient name of Tsuen Wan city in Hong Kong, where my soy sauce journey begins. Its all started from a questions of how would the soy sauce taste like, back in hundreds years ago, before industrialised and mass production where things takes times and craft to be created.
